I’ve spent my career working in leadership development across global organisations and founder-led businesses, supporting leaders as they navigate growth, change and increasing responsibility.


Over time, I became particularly interested in the leadership challenges during the shift that happens as businesses scale, and the demands of leadership begin to change.


This led me to focus my work on sustainable leadership for female founders — helping them evolve how they lead, not just what they do.
